


Andre van Eeden is an entrepreneur/business transformation practitioner that endeavours to grow/transform businesses by focusing on optimizing/redesigning the operating model, processes, systems and company culture in a strive to realise their full potential (In short – To advance efficiency in organisations, assisting them to reach their targets).
Andre qualified as an Industrial Engineer from the University of Pretoria in 2003 and later obtained a MBA degree form Regent University (VA, USA). Over the last 15+ years, he has consulted to multi-national organisation in the mining, banking, telecoms, agriculture, FMCG and manufacturing industries with a focus on the design and development of workable solutions that enables business to function optimally.

In the last 24 months, Andre has guided over 190 projects (as business coach) involving more than 1300 people resulting in business cases with a committed annual savings in excess of ZAR 3 bn across the banking (50+), supply chain and manufacturing 120+) and other (Telco, Aviation, Transportation, Mining, Utilities – 25+) sectors.
Andre is currently a director at the Institute for Business Efficiency, an organisation that guides businesses from effectiveness to efficiency as they partner clients on their journey to a mature, competent and efficient organisations. Andre also lectures at a number of academic institutions on business efficiency related topics.
Andre is also involved in a number of new business ventures in the fintech (blockhain) and other technology related environments.
